"Soumbala" Spice Made From The Seeds Of The Néré Tree 

Soumbala or soumbara is a spice used in West Africa and is recognizable by its strong smell.

It is traditionally made with the seeds of the Néré tree. The nuts of the néré tree are first

seeded, shelled, selected, processed manually and very carefully before being fermented.

The soumbala thus obtained contains proteins, lipids, iron, vitamins B2 and PP. It is recommended

normalize excessively high blood pressure and it is also an anti-fatigue. It also helps to enhance the taste of dishes.
